Whether you are a recent acting school graduate, a director of independent theatre, a stage manager touring with a commercial musical or a producer drafting your first budget; We believe all creatives should feel empowered to change their lives, and the lives of others, through their work.
The Australian theatre scene is thriving with an army of professional and pre-professional artists creating incredible work. We value their knowledge and respect their experience. We also know there are many emerging artists who are looking for guidance. They look to established figures in our community for support. The professional pathway for creatives can be a lonely one and it is difficult to find a path without someone to support and challenge you.
At Sparrow, we believe in helping creatives to connect so that they can to change their lives, and the lives of others, through their work. Our mentor program connects mentors with mentees. The program is open to any creatives who are working or have experience in the Australian theatre industry.
